What is your Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?

Up to 24 hours before your booking, you may reschedule or cancel for free!

Within 24 hours of your booking, we are unable to offer a refund for rescheduling or cancellation requests.

Why?

If you cancel within 24hours it doesn’t give us enough time to find a new client for your Personal Trainer. Our¬†Personal Trainers are running their own business and if you don’t pay that’s income they have lost and they have bills to pay too! We feel this policy works for both our Personal Trainers and the clients.
