The Personal Training sessions at PTFindr are one hour long.

You can book a series of sessions with the same Personal Trainer by adding each session and time you require on the booking page.

You can book sessions with different Personal Trainers, too.

When working with a Personal Trainer to meet your goals we recommend a minimum of a six-week period to start seeing noticeable results.
